Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to examine the characteristics, causes of trauma, and age distribution maxillofacial fractures in patients admitted emergency department as a result blunt trauma. Patients Methods: Between 01.01.2015-31.12.2019, 1248 who were with trauma evaluated retrospectively. underwent CT examination diagnosed fracture included our study. Results: The median 32 years, 71.2 % them male. Trauma-related detected 239 (19.2%) affected group participants comprised individuals younger male gender. main mechanisms traffic accidents falls from height. Orbital most common, followed by maxillary bone fractures.
